Heather's Dirty Goodness.

Heather's Dirty Goodness presents our Dirty Good All-Purpose Seasoning. Oddly enough-it's damn good on almost everything. For those needing a little push, try the following:

• Lamb Chops: Rub Dirty Goodness generously on lamb-don't ruin it by using oil. Sear 3 minutes each side and serve medium-rare. Blood is good. 
• Leg of Lamb: generously rub Dirty Goodness inside and out of leg. Grill or roast. Eat.
• Pasta: Cook the pasta. Drain the pasta. Add olive oil and Dirty Goodness. Toss and serve. The pasta, that is.
• Bread: Add Dirty Goodness to olive oil. Done.
• Fish: Add Dirty Goodness to almost any fish (have to admit...have not tried it on every fish) for some pow.
• Chicken: You know what to do here.
• Atlantic Salmon: Combine All-Purpose Seasoning (to taste) with olive oil, 4 crushed fresh garlic cloves and 1/2 cup of parmesan. Allow to marinade for 4 hours and grill. Courtesy of Mr. Paul V.!
